Worked in Armed forces Command Hospitals at Kolkata, Bengaluru , Lucknow and Pune from Jan 1999 to Apr 2015. These Hospitals have Full fledge Nephrology Centres where in Nephrology Dept with wards, OPD< Haemodialysis , CAPD CRRT Renal Transplant are carried out .
- Renal Transplant Centre – Was Instrumental in obtaining sanctioned and starting RTC at Kolkata and Lucknow and carried out transplants at Bengaluru and Pune . Appx 250 transplant were carried pout under my guidance including around 30 cadaver transplants . In one such cases , two cadaver renal transplants were done back to back at command Hospitals Bengaluru on 23 Oct 2009 with good results.
- Haemodialysis Centre – At each of these command Hospitals a state of the art dialysis centre is functioning with 400- 450 dialysis being carried out monthly .
- CAPD – Nearly 40 to 50 CKD patients are on CAPD in these Command Hospitals ,with good Quality of life and less complications . Every month CAPD workshops were conducted to benefit the patients.
